Terms of service
The following terms and conditions govern your access to our website and the sale by Burban.gr to the buyer. By placing an order to our website, it is considered that you have read, understood and agreed our Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions or something is not accepted by you before placing your order.
Prices
All prices are retail prices and are stated in euros. Displayed prices Include Greek VAT. Retail prices are subject to changes without any prior notice. Please be aware that Burban.gr will not be responsible for any taxes, duties and other customs related fees for countries outside European Union or Countries without free trade agreements. Because of the fact that customs policies vary by country, we are not in the position to be aware of those charges, therefore we suggest that you seek the advice of your local customs office for additional information about import procedures in order to avoid unexpected surcharges upon delivery. Official prices are the prices stated in Burban.gr. We are not responsible for price differences stated in retail stores or in markets outside our authority.
Secure payments
The following type of payments are accepted by our company
- Credit card – We accept most credit cards; if for any reason you cannot complete your payment please contact us at support@burban.gr
- PayPal
- Cash on Delivery (only for Greek shipments) with 2,00 € additional cost
Burban.gr encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Unauthorized persons will not be able to view your card number or any other information related to your data during the transaction. The total cost of your items along with shipping fees, as displayed on your cart, will be billed to your credit card. We may request further information from a buyer for keeping our security level high in case we suspect a fraudulent order.
Intellectual property
All images, trademarks, artworks, graphics and design dress patterns illustrated in our website are protected by copyright.
Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction or use of our copyrighted material in whatever form without the prior written consent of the owner will result in prosecution.
Applicable law
This contract is subject to Greek law. The contract language is Greek. Any dispute arising in connection with the application or interpretation of this Agreement shall be submitted to the Greek courts.
Shipping
Domestic shipping (GR) takes 1-2 working days
Domestic shipping -Remote areas (GR) 2-4 working Days
European delivery (EU) 2-4 working days
International Shipping (WW) delivery period depends on your Country Zone (see at check out)

Domestic shipping (Greece)
Domestic deliveries are handled by Geniki Taxydromiki using track and trace service, while in some remote areas responsible for the delivery could be Elta Courier.
All domestic shippings are free of charge.
Orders placed up until 16:00 are dispatched on the same day.
EU shipping
All deliveries are handled by TNT-FEDEX using track and trace service.
Cost of delivery is calculated in your cart upon checkout and it depends on the zone your country belongs to.
Orders placed up until 15:00 are dispatched on the same day.
International shipping
All deliveries are handled by TNT-FEDEX using track and trace service.

Shipping terms
Please note the following important terms:
Burban.gr is not responsible for non deliveries if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. The correct and complete address, contact information and special notes should be provided by the customer. Burban.gr will not be responsible for failed or non deliveries in the case of the customer’s absence from the address provided, deliveries to unauthorized persons or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
Burban.gr is not responsible for any packages remaining or being returned from Customs in any country. As mentioned above, for deliveries outside EU, because of the fact that customs policies vary by country, we are not in the position to be aware of those charges. We suggest that you seek the advice of your local customs office for additional information in order to avoid unexpected surcharges upon delivery. Please note that delivery charges in your cart do not include import costs and related fees that may be applied when the goods reach your country . Thus, if the products are returned from Customs for any reason, Burban.gr will only provide a refund of the product cost (not the shipping costs) when the products arrive back to our premises and are in good condition for resale.

Returns and repairs
Burban.gr is responsible for accepting returns and repairs only for products purchased from our website. We are not responsible for repairing and replacing products purchased from sellers or resellers or any other markets (flee markets, second hand markets, etc.). In that case you have to address the seller since it is the sellers responsibility to determine if they will accept or replace said product. We are not in the position to know of the sales conditions (almost new, second hand, etc.) of our products outside our authority and therefore we strongly recommend that you always ask for an invoice or a receipt in items purchased in order to have a proof of your purchase. If an affiliate seller asks us for a repair on behalf of you, we will only procced if an invoice or a receipt exists and is included in the shipment. We will not accept any returns or repairs from non-affiliate sellers or items not purchased from our website.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
Products purchased from Burban.gr have a 14 day return period from the date the product is received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please fill in the return form and ship the goods in their original condition (unused) along with the invoice. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Burban.gr will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. Please note that items that will not be approved when received will not be refunded, so make sure that the condition of returned goods is the same as when you received them. Burban.gr will not accept back items that have been used and are not in their original condition. We will notify you about the process and ask you for an account in order to proceed with the refund. Note that refunds will be made within 30 days from receiving your account details. Please also note that in this case, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Cost of delivery or any other cost (Cash on delivery, PayPal fees, Import taxes, customs, duties,etc) will not be refunded. It is the sender’s responsinility to pay for the return shipping expenses, thus, we recommend that you use a courier service to ship the goods (door to door and track and trace service) in order to be able to track the shipment. In case the products do not arrive at our company we are not responsible for collecting them from any other location. Returned products are the sender’s responsibility until it reaches us. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD (Cash on Delivery).

Repairs
If a product malfunction occurs within the 14 days timeframe, Burban.gr is responsible for repairing, replacing or refunding the amount paid for the purchased item. Please send us an email at support@burban.gr with the information described below and ship the product(s) to our warehouse including the original invoice. We will examine your claim and determine if the malfuction is due to: Natural Wear and Tear, improper use, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not replace or repair. We retain the right to decide whether the product can or cannot be repaired. If repair is applicable, we will offer a repair or a replacement and we will inform you about our decision within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the goods.

Defective products
In the unfortunate event that you will receive a defective product, Burban.gr accepts the responsibility for any incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective products shipped and will replace or refund said products if notified within 2 days after the order is received. Therefore, we do suggest that you check your goods immediately once received.
Please contact us via email or phone to inform us of any product issues, or in case you have any complaints about our products or our services.
Cancelling Orders
Any order that has not been shipped can be cancelled without any charge by contacting us via e-mail or telephone. Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled without a charge. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by us via email to the email address you provided us with during your order.
If you have paid online for your order, please contact us after the cancellation to give us the details of your bank account or Paypal account for the refund (minus any bank costs). The refund will be made within 30 days from our notification of the cancellation.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
